Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This page explains what information this site collects and how it's used. It's a plain-language starting point, not legal advice — if you're handling real payments or personal data at scale, it's worth having a lawyer review this before relying on it.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site (ticket/hire enquiries, artist applications, DJ/volunteer applications, or the contact form), we collect whatever you type into it — typically your name, email, and message — and it's sent to us by email. We don't sell or share this information with third parties.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies:

Embedded content

Some pages embed content from other services — SoundCloud players on the Artists page, a Google Maps embed on the Events page, and a link to our Facebook page. These services may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies when you interact with that embedded content.

Ticket payments

If/when ticket sales are live, payment is processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Artist portal

If you're a featured artist with portal access, your email is stored privately (not published on the site) purely to link your login to your artist profile. It's used for nothing else.
