Refund Policy
Changed your mind?
You can request a refund for a valid, unused ticket yourself from My Tickets up until 14 days before the event starts. An organiser reviews every request, and you'll get an email once it's processed.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe, our payment processor, doesn't give us back its card processing fee when we refund, so that fee is deducted from the amount refunded — you'll see the exact amount before you confirm.
Inside 14 days
Self-service refunds close 14 days before the event. If something serious has come up, get in touch — we look at every case individually. You can also transfer your ticket to someone else instead, free, any time before it's scanned.
If we cancel or significantly change an event
If we cancel an event, or change it in a major way (for example a new date), we'll contact every ticket holder by email with your options, including a refund. Nothing you need to do in the meantime.
Things that can't be refunded
- Tickets that have already been scanned at the gate.
- Tickets that were voided because the payment was disputed with a bank (a chargeback).
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
