Ticket Terms
Buying a ticket means you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Code of Conduct.
Your ticket
- Every ticket is issued to a named holder with a date of birth. Bring photo ID that matches — gate staff check it.
- Each ticket's QR code gets one person in, once. Keep it to yourself: if someone else scans your code first, the ticket's used.
- Find your tickets any time in My Tickets or in your confirmation email. Lost the email? You can have your tickets re-sent from Verify a Ticket.
Passing a ticket on
You can transfer a valid, unscanned ticket to someone else from My Tickets. The new holder's name and date of birth replace yours, and the ticket moves to their email.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Promo codes apply to one event each and can't be swapped for cash.
At the event
- Follow the Code of Conduct and any directions from staff, security and first aid.
- We can refuse entry or remove anyone who puts themselves or others at risk, without a refund.
- Lineups, set times and site layout can change. We'll post changes on Updates.
- Photos and video are taken at our events and may be used to promote them. If you'd rather not appear, tell a photographer or let us know.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
