A dedicated, judgement-free welfare space runs for the whole event — for anyone who needs somewhere quiet to sit down, cool off, or talk to someone. Signposted on site; ask any crew member to point you there.
Free drinking water points are set up around the site. Staying hydrated matters more than usual out in the sun and dancing for hours — bring a reusable bottle and refill often.
Come with people, leave with the same people. Agree on a meeting point in case anyone gets separated, and check in on your group through the night, not just at the start.
Qualified first aid is on site for the duration of the event. If you or someone near you needs help, don't hesitate — flag down crew or head to the marked first aid point.
Lost something, or found something that isn't yours? Both go to the info/welfare point, where anything handed in gets logged and held until the end of the event.
If someone seems unwell, overwhelmed, or not okay — regardless of why — get them to welfare or first aid. No one's in trouble for asking for help, for themselves or someone else.
Update this list with your actual on-site radio channel, welfare coordinator name, or venue-specific emergency info once you've got a confirmed site.
